Rochdale Borough Council recently shared this on their social media pages;
We were recently asked to visit Greenbank Primary School in Rochdale to help Year 1 and Year 2 pupils learn about recycling, so we brought along a recycling wagon to give them a first-hand look at what happens to our #recycling.
Laura McDermott, teacher, said: "Seeing the wagon on the playground brought the learning to life, Y1 and Y2 children had a great session learning about the importance of sorting waste correctly and recycling in the right bin."
